From 9 April 2025, the UK government will introduce significant increases to the fees associated with sponsoring overseas care workers and senior care workers.

Note:
There are no changes to the Immigration Skills Charge.
Optional premium services such as fast-track priority visa processing remain unchanged.
These new rates will apply to all applications and renewals submitted on or after 9 April 2025.
