Displaced Worker Update

  • 50 displaced care workers placed in new roles

  • 200+ providers registered with up to £5,000 funding per hire

Immigration Rule Changes from 9 April 2025

  • New salary threshold: £12.82/hour or £25,000/year

  • Existing workers must earn at least £12.21/hour

  • Providers must prioritise UK-based displaced workers

Fee Increases from 9 April

  • CoS rising from £239 to £525

  • Sponsor licence and other fees also up +7%

  • No change to Immigration Skills Charge or premium services
