Surrey Care Association has created an excellent online resource — Careers in Care — to help adult social care providers attract new talent into the sector.

The site features:

Short, inspiring videos featuring real care workers sharing their career journeys
Clear information on typical job roles across care, admin, domestic, and support teams
Details on training, progression, and salaries
Guidance on starting a career in care — including for those with no previous experience
