Ongoing Delivery and Level 2 Progression

Following the success of our Level 1 course, launched in spring 2024, we introduced a Level 2 follow-on in autumn to enable migrant care workers to further strengthen their communication skills and cultural awareness. Both courses remain a core part of SESCA’s ongoing support for displaced care workers across the South East—helping them integrate with confidence and thrive in their new roles.
