About the Trainer

Elizabeth Beh is the CEO and founder of Tresacare, an award-winning social enterprise that cares for care workers. After a personal health crisis during the pandemic, Liz saw firsthand how vital yet unsupported care workers are. This experience led her to establish Tresacare in 2022, addressing a sector filled with compassionate but burnt-out workers.

With over a decade of HR and business consulting experience at Morgan Stanley, Aon, and UBS, Liz brings best practices that shape Tresacare’s innovative approach to retention and workforce transformation. Living with multiple hidden disabilities and having been both a caregiver and care recipient, Liz uniquely understands the challenges on all sides of care.

She openly shares her health journey on the Tresacare blog, fueling her passion for change in the sector. Together with co-founder Krystle Wong, who shares an overseas background, Tresacare is especially attuned to the needs of international care workers, focusing on intercultural integration and wellbeing.

Tresacare is the 2024 winner of the “Entrepreneur’s Award for Social Innovation” and the 2023 “Care Innovation Challenge” by the National Care Forum.
