We can support in obtaining and maintaining a UKVI Sponsor Licence, managing the immigration sponsorship process (sponsor licence application, certificate of sponsorship request and issue, skilled worker visa applications and all associated correspondence with the Home Office) and advising on how to maintain compliance with ‘sponsor duties’. We pay particular attention to the support given to the skilled workers who often need significant support with the completion of their visa application and evidencing of required documentation.

In addition to business immigration support, we also provide private client services for individuals who require assistance in making a visa application or exploring solutions to their immigration situation.
