We are pleased to offer you an exclusive opportunity to access FREE legal advice, provided by the immigration experts at Lester Aldridge LLP.
This service is available to all CQC-registered adult social care providers operating in the South-East.
Legal experts from Lester Aldridge will be primed and ready to address your queries, from the intricacies of securing a Sponsor Licence or Certificate of Sponsorship, to navigating the Sponsorship Management System (SMS), ensuring UKVI compliance, and drafting employment contracts.

Service Outline
The helpline service is limited to addressing enquiries related to the recruitment of care workers under the Health and Care Worker Visa route.
Enquiries will be addressed through a phone call of up to 30 minutes from an appropriately qualified immigration advisor.
Please be aware that the advice and guidance provided during this call may be limited in scope. Complex enquiries may require additional time, and the law firm may offer the enquirer the option to engage as a client for further assistance.
Enquiries are generally limited to one matter per enquirer to ensure equitable and efficient service provision.
