CQC has launched a programme of online and in-person engagement events to help shape the next stage of its assessment frameworks across all sectors, including adult social care.
These sessions offer an important opportunity for South East providers to influence how CQC refines its quality statements, assessment principles and sector-specific expectations.
CQC is hosting a range of sector-specific online workshops, including a dedicated Adult Social Care session on Wednesday 3 December (3:00–4:30pm).
Other sessions cover hospitals, primary care, community services and mental health.
CQC is also running a face-to-face ASC workshop in London on Wednesday 10 December (10:30am–4:00pm), led by Chris Badger, Chief Inspector of Adult Social Care and Integrated Care.
This session will explore the future shape of the assessment framework and what “good” should look like.
