Course Overview

This training program has evolved over the past decade to address critical language skill gaps encountered with overseas carers working in social care settings. The course was originally designed for care providers to resolve issues related to CQC compliance due to communication challenges.

The course has more recently been adapted for online delivery. Through interactive live online webinars, each session is thoughtfully structured, featuring a clear topic presentation, interactive teaching, comprehension exercises, reflective discussions, and specific learning goals.

Engagement is promoted through lively discussions, active participation, real-life examples, and scenario-based exercises, allowing participants to share their experiences and learn from one another. The course is dynamic and tailored to the unique needs of each group, ensuring a personalized and effective learning experience.
